More about this course

This class is for everybody that wants to learn about how to make a walking cycle of your character, both walking in place and moving around the scenery as well. Here, I explain step by step of how to create it, how to create the initial pose, inverted pose, intermediate poses and passage poses, all explained visually with an example that I created. So, it's creation time!

The course project

This class project consists in creating a walking cycle of your own, with a character that you created. I don't want nor will analyze the character itself, but the walking cycle. If you have a hard time drawing and want to make the character moving in its place, that is fine. If you want to try making it moving through out the scenery, that is also fine. Either way, what matters is me being able to give you some feedback, alright? And the cycle doesn't need to be as long as I show in the videos - half the lenght is more than enough. So, let's do it?
