The world around us is much larger than what we can perceive with our eyes and the rest of our physical senses. But more and more ways of perceiving things beyond the physical plane are being discovered. If you feel other people's emotions as if they were your own, you are not alone, and this course will help you.

You will find that only with daily practice you will start to handle emotions a lot better. You will begin to get fantastic results from the very beginning. You will see that this is a straightforward course that does not have any complications. It is much easier than you think if you let go of labels, ego, and unnecessary beliefs. You will see that little by little; all this will become part of your life:

  1. Learn to understand your emotions and what to do with them to not feel emotionally exhausted.
  2. You will understand the different ways of perceiving other people's emotions and how to manage them efficiently.
  3. Improve aspects of your life to help you have a presence and be more centered in life.
  4. Have control over your mind and your emotions. A little mental and emotional order will help you have a balance.
  5. You will learn to protect yourself energetically and eliminate these emotions when they no longer belong to you.
  6. Understand what things you have to consider, such as people's eyes. It will help you understand your Empathy and what things you should avoid.
  7. You will find a way to use your Empathy to help the people you want since it is something you indeed feel deeply.

  • I explain clearly from the point of view of personal experience; what steps to take to manage your empathy better.
  • There are no theory or step-by-step sections in this course, as I think it is unnecessary.
  • You will have access to exercises that will help to go through a different experience and ultimately solidify your progress.

In less than a couple of hours, you will understand much more about your Empathy. However, this is only the beginning. From here, it will be your dedication and work that will give you the expected results.

You will enjoy this course a lot, and I can tell you that you will succeed with an open mind and a desire to receive. You only need to understand these simple teachings, let go of labels and unnecessary complications, and open to the light.

The course project


Emotional Inventory: You will ponder through an emotional inventory to create a foundation for what should be a habit. Understanding how others manage their emotions will increase your tools to handle yours.

What do you need:

  • Set aside five-ten minutes and make sure you are not disturbed.
  • Make sure to have a notepad to take notes.
  • You may play some soft instrumental music.

What do you need to do:

  • Relax your body and mind; thoughts should not get in the way.
  • Instead of your mind, observe your emotions.
  • Please go through all of them, and start understanding them. Release the emotion when finished.
  • Ground back when completed; try to focus on the world surrounding you.


You must be able to understand all of your emotions completely. Once you complete this course, you will be able to identify all feelings, whether they are yours or others. You will be able to handle them properly and live a fuller life.

What do you need to share:

You may choose to keep your notes to yourself, which is understandable. However, for the sake of practice, it will significantly benefit you to share your class project. You may choose a less personal situation for this. 

You may use written notes or a voice recording. Feel free to share briefly:

  • What emotions dominated your day today? Are you able to understand the nature of these emotions?
  • What steps did you take to prepare and set intentions to go through your emotions clearly and adequately organize them?
  • What did you experience during the session? Were you able to understand better why you held to certain emotions?
  • To what conclusions did you reach? Did you realize you may take others' emotions with your emotions that don't serve your purpose?

Practice makes perfect, which will aid you in an excellent understanding of self! I will be commenting on your work, so I am looking forward to it!
