Watercolor Painting Tutorial
In this class, I will show you how to paint a hummingbird in watercolor. This hummingbird is uniquely painted using 'negative painting' techniques. This is a technique where you create shapes by painting around the subject. This class will also cover how to paint use negative painting to paint leaves.

Using my completed painting or the attached photo below as a reference, lightly sketch in the outline of the hummingbird and some loose background shapes such as leaves, branches and flowers. If you're feeling adventurous, make it your own, by changing the colours of the hummingbird and background!
