More about this course

Alex B.’s Rough Guide to User Scenarios & User Stories covers what Scenarios & Stories are, why they’re important, examples & how to write them.

He also covers typical pitfalls when writing User Scenarios or User Stories.

This class is for anyone working in UX, or in an agile environment, or working on a new or existing project.

The course project

Describe a possible solution or possible solutions for the Use Case “working parent” mentioned in the videos.

As a working parent I want to see recommended meals so that healthy eating is easier for my family.

Think about the stress imposed on & the behaviour of a working parent, when shopping in a supermarket. Think about how that behaviour can be transferred to an online product.

Think about how families eat together.

Talk to some working parents you know and note the triggers that they respond to.

Remember that the supermarket hopes to sell more products.

A screen shot or photo or short description (as a PDF) of your proposed idea for the working parent and/or shop.

There's also a PDF version in the Resources.
