Spirituality Essentials: It is time to empower your life.

Start to empower your life by understanding beyond what we can see. With some easy steps, you will transform.

The world surrounding us is much bigger than what we perceive with our eyes. We are souls having a human experience here on planet Earth, and we need to have a greater understanding of the world that surrounds us. By keeping in mind a few aspects in your day-to-day doings, you will be able to start interacting with the world at a whole new level.

You will find out that with daily practice alone, you will be able to start getting fantastic results right from the beginning. You will find that this is a direct course, and you will see that it does not have any complications. It is much easier than you think if you put aside labels, ego, and unnecessary beliefs. These are some statements that will apply true in your life:

1. You will understand why adding spiritual aspects to your life will bring improvements.
2. Realize that you are the soul and the first and most important foundation: Getting to know yourself.
3. Start to see the big picture for all things. You will have a greater understanding of things.
4. Bringing silence to your life brings peace and relaxation; however, you will discover it can materialize more favorable situations.
5. Your Spirit Guides are present in your life, and you will start to perceive them better.
6. Adding meditation to your life is another essential that will transform your life.
7. Keeping dreams into account, analyzing time beyond linear time, and understanding the energy will come at ease to you.

And there are no more complications. I want to share some points that will help you see how this course is:

• I explain clearly, from a personal experience point of view, what steps to take to develop your spiritual self.
• There are no theory or step-by-step sections in this course, as I think it is unnecessary.
• You will have access to meditations that will help to go through a different experience and ultimately solidify your progress.

In less than a couple of hours, you will have much more understanding of your Spirituality. However, this is only a foundation. From here on, you will realize that your effort is what pays off here. It will be your hard work and dedication that will give you the expected results.

You will enjoy this course a lot, and I can tell you that you will succeed with an open mind and a desire to receive. You only need to understand these simple teachings, let go of labels and unnecessary complications, and be available to the light.

You will start tapping into your surroundings and begin to see the big picture. You will ponder as a regular brainstorm and find the additional support you get on your day-to-day when you keep your spirituality into account. You will receive help to solve a life challenge or difficulty from multiple sources. You will share your project with the rest of the class to create a flow of ideas back and forth. When this happens, the resulting benefits multiply.

Also, as you go through the exercises, you have the opportunity to share your notes with the rest of the class if you want to comment on them.

What do you need:

• Invest 10-15 Minutes, preferably at the end of the day, for "me time," making sure no one disturbs you.
• Make sure to have a notepad or a voice recorder to take notes.
• You may play some soft music if you choose, but make sure it's instrumental.
• Have an open mind and the desire to receive wisdom.

What is your goal:

It would be best to get guidance from your Spirit Guides; they will help you best. You can check how you applied everything you learned in class with your Guides. Make sure that you come to this session with a problem or challenge. Ponder with the help of your Spirit Guides to find a solution.

What do you need to share:

You may choose to keep your notes to yourself, which is understandable. However, for the sake of practice, it will significantly benefit you to share your class project. You may choose a less personal topic for this. 

You may use written notes or a voice recording. Feel free to share briefly:

• What situation are you bringing to your Spirit Guides?
• What steps did you take as far as preparation and setting intentions?
• What did you experience during the session?
• How and what messages did you receive, and how can you start applying them in your life.
• What did you keep in mind, and maybe didn't keep in mind as far as your day-to-day with this new awareness?
