This is very important and an essential element to master the kicks and improve your fitness. First you learn 10 of the most useful conditioning, stretching&mobility exercises for kicks. Once you know the background of kicks, it`s role in Tricking and how to warm-up you can dive into the main part of this course - the kicks! You will learn how to do your first 3 basic kicks.
